An Analysis of the Factors Affecting Business Tacit Knowledge Transfer: Based on ISM Model

As a key factor and resource,business tacit knowledge is attracting more attention from enterprises in the context of rising knowledge economy.The tacit knowledge transfer has a unique significance for the enterprise to gain and maintain sustainable competitive advantage.To find out the most potential structure and variables in relation to the tacit knowledge transfer has become the most fundamental issue in the business knowledge management.With the ISM method,this paper carries out a standardized and reasonable analysis on the key factors affecting business tacit knowledge transfer and also makes an appropriate evaluation of the load during the transfer,so as to help enterprises to improve the efficiency of tacit knowledge transfer and the capability of knowledge innovation,hence to formulate relevant knowledge management measures to develop their organizational capacity.Ultimately it can provide some theoretical references in gaining sustainable competitive advantages.
