Integration of EC Law

The integration of EC law is a response to the integration of regional economy, which meets the requirements of the internal common market, and it is symbolized by the harmonizati - on and unification of national laws. The key factor is to develop a common legal spirit. This article demonstrates the necessity and the significance of the legal integration in EC, both from the angle of the performance of common market (especially the free circulation of goods, man, service and capital) and the institution construction of EC.
