Thermodynamics Mechanism and Affecting Factors Analysis of Aluminum Alloy Microarc Oxidation

Microarc oxidation is a new technique in surface treatment,which can form a ceramic coating on the surface of non-ferrous metals.According to the thermodynamic mechanism of microarc oxidation and through the energy equilibrium between dynamics and thermodynamics,the conversion of α-Al_2O_3 and γ-Al_2O_3 as well as the relation between the phase transformation in microarc oxidation and current density oxidation time are analyzed.
