Research on Improving the Adhesion of Electroless Coating on Titanium Substrate

Based on the analysis of the surface characteristics of titanium and its alloys, the process of electroless plating on titanium and its alloys is presented,focusing on the analysis of the effects of pretreatment and heat treatment on coating adhesion.Several typical activation processes are reviewed,and the future development orientation is also pointed out.
