Observation and nursing of different dose in atropine test

Objective: To observe the influence of different dose of atropine in bradycardia preoperative test.Methods: 400 patients who showed sinus bradycardia in conventional ECG were randomly divided into two groups,The control group with 200 patients were proceeded with 2mg atropine,while the experimental group with 0.03mg/kg atropine.Results: The positive rate was no difference in two groups(p0.05).The adverse reaction rate was much lower in experimental group than the control group(p 0.05).Conclusion:Dose rased on weight in atropine test was an available method with the same positive rate and less adverse reaction.Active nursing could reduce adverse reaction in atropine test.
