Objective:To explore the function of music-assisted interventions in the care painless abortion. Methods:640 cases of early pregnancy to intrauterine painless abortion pregnant women were randomly divided into 2 groups,Music auxiliary nursing intervention measure group was music group(M group),using ordinary intervention group was control group(C group).To compared the degree of anxiety before operation,systolic blood pressure during the operation, heart rate changes,respiratory depression, after the phrase more than fantasy,agitation of recovery period,nausea and vomiting positive and anesthetics (propofol) dosage. Results: the degree of anxiety of the two groups was significant differences(p0.05),the incidence of breathing inhibit was a significant difference(p0.01),the amount of narcotic drugs was a significant difference(p0.01).While the difference of other targets was not statistically significant(p0.05), Conclusion: music-assisted interventions in the care painless induced abortion can be effective in reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,and narcotic drugs Dosage
