MOLECULAR VERIFICATION OF SOYBEAN FOREIGN PEA INTRODOCNON TO INDUCE EARLINESS THROUGH RAPD TECHNIQUE

The technology of intrduction foreign total DNA through pollen tube channel had been widely used on many kinds of crops' improvements.But this technology had never been verified through molecular biology.The question was whether total DNA can get into recipient through pollen tube channel or not, and whether the variations were caused by foreign total DNA fragments inserting into recipient and brought into expressingor not.Soybean early maturing progenies derived from introduction of foreign total DNA verified through molecular biology techniques-RAPD(Randomly Amplified PolymorphicDNA)is reported in this paper.The result denote that:The specific DNA fragments of donor have been found in genome of progenies and these fragments didn't exist in the original recipient.Foreign total DNA fragments can insert into recipient through pollen tube channel and perform phenotypic expression can be inherited in progenies.This have been directly verified through technique of molecular level of DNA.
