EFFECT OF NO 3 N AND NH + 4 N ON SOYBEAN SEEDLING AND NITROGEN ACCUMULATION

The results showed that soybean seedlings applied NO 3 N and NH + 4 N together is better than applying any one only. Effect of pH on the soybean seedling applied with NO 3 N or mixed N is not evident, but the seedlings under pH 7.5 are better than that of pH5.5 in using NH + 4 N. The results also indicated that total N content of stems and leaves under seven proportions of NO 3 N; NH + 4 N are as following; 3∶15∶11∶11∶31∶51∶00∶1,the same for plant height and fresh weight. As increasing of application of NO 3 N, the NO 3 N accumulation in stems and leaves is increased, and as increasing of application of NH + 4 N ammonium nitrogen is increased.
