Application of biotechnology in soybean further process

Biotechnology is a multi-disciplinary enrichment of knowledge and technology fields,genetic engineering was taken as the core,including cell engineering,enzyme engineering,fermentation engineering,the technology in medicine,food,agriculture and other fields showed excellent application results,create extraordinary economic and social benefits,and constantly developed new applications,new industries and to guide the formation system.Soybean industry as one of the basic industries,it occupies a pivotal position in improvement of human nutrition structure aspect and biotechnology has played a significant role.Application and prospect of biotechnology were discussed in the soybean further process,enzyme engineering and fermentation engineering were two main research lines.
