Implications of Contextual Performance Theory for Human Resource Management

The paper showed the effects of contextual performance theory on various functions in human resource management from the definition and dimension of the contextual performance In the end, it pointed out the limitations and shortages in the current studies and gave some advice and expectation to future studies
