Approach of Reliability Design of New Aerospace Launch Center

Liu Songlin,Liu Yang,Liu Han,Tan Yuntao(Beijing Special Design Engineering Institude,Beijing,100028)  
The characteristics and trend of development in reliability engineering of overseas aerospace launch centers and status in quo of Chinese aerospace launch centers are analyzed.Then the necessity of reliability design that applied in new aerospace launch centers are discussed as well as the golden rules for the new launch center reliability design,and the outline of reliability design approach and organizations is described.Finally,the expected object of reliability design works is advanced.
