Analysis on Launch Vehicle Kerosene Leaking Accidents at the Space Launching Sites

The models of the kerosene leaking,the kerosene vapor spreading and pool fires injury at space launching sites were analyzed and quantitative analysis on the result of the kerosene leaking was conducted by accident simulating.The kerosene vapor density of different distance on the leeward and the damage radius to operators and equipments by pool fires were computed.Then the poisoning scope and the safety warning zone were decided.The evaluation results indicated that the density of kerosene was very high during the moment of kerosene leaking,but the range of vapor diffusion was near,so the damage to operators and equipments were relatively small.The pool fires injury was larger because of the high calories of kerosene,so operators must pay more attention to fire.
