This paper compared rock acoutic emission under the different stress condition. Observed that rock bore tensile stress or tensile shear stress compared with rock bore pressure shear stress, it was different that ratio between stress acting on the rock and fracturing intensity of the rock . It has acoustic emission until stress actting on the rock arrived to 90 percent of the fracturing intensity under tensile stress or tensile-shear stress. It has acoustic emission when stress changea in any stress pass under pressure shear stress. If we think that amplitude of the acoustic emission were only decided by the stress condition and fracturing scale, character of the acoustic emission under different stress condition may correspond to diffet'ent type earthquakes. It can not have microseism indicate before massive earthquake under tensile stress or tensile-shear stress.
