THE CHARACTERISTIC OF SPATIAL AND TEMPORAL SCANNING OF SEISMIClTY PARAMETERS AND TECTONIC MOVEMENT IN NORTH CHINA IN THE NEAR FUTURE

The purpose of the paper is to study tectonic movement state of several years scale by means of seismcity features of middle and small shocks. To this end We give an example studying North China. We select seismic frequency N, strain E. b value, degree of activity A and seismicity index A(b) as seismicity parameters. We make scanning in time and space domain for events of M_L≥2.0 during 1970—1987. The results show that seismicity parameters of area surrounding epicenter undergo some evolutionary process before and after 9 earthquakes of M_s≥5.8, and there is not corresponding above change course in 3 comparative regions without earthquake of M_s≥6. The paper gives main mark which can he used to infer structure activity state of several years scale by some characteristic of space—time combination of multiterm Seismicity, and discusses geneval situation of tectonic movement in North China in the near future.
