TDE METHOD FOR COMPUTING THEORETICAL SEISMOGRAMS OF VOLCANIC EARTHQUAKE

In this paper, the different types of volcanic earthquakes were analyzed, and the corresponding models of seismic source were given. By recommanding the absorption boundary condition in developing the combinational method of partial separation of variables and finite differences for computing theoretical seismograms in stratified media,the computation process could be simplified. This method can be easily applied to the computation of theoretical seismograms of volcanic earthquake. Finally, some results of theoretical seismograms computed of volcanic earthquake computed by the given method were shown and discussed briefly.
