Xiao Jungui; Shi Xianqing; Shi Shenfu, et al(Qinghai Institte for Endemic Disease Control and Research, Xining 8116O2)
Of 685 organ samples collected from the healthy citellus dauricus,Citellus alashanicus and meriones unguiculatus in Shanxi,Ningxia, and Inner mangolia provinces tested with the method of plague reverse passive hemagglutination (RPHA), 307 samples showed non-specific reactions with the titre of less than 1: 1O,and 33 samples of the adenoncus puncture fluid had positive results with the titres between 1: 20and 1: 5120,The threshold value was 1: 10,which was calculated through the percentile method. Therefore, the titre for positive diagnosing standard would be set up as ≥ 1: 2O rather than ≥1: 100 drafted in 《Plague Manual》.
