An approach to wavelet analysis in adjustment of design of earthquake ground motion in time-history analysis

Based on the wavelet analysis multiresolution analysis and Mallat algorithm, the authors put forward a new approach to the adjustment of the design of earthquake ground motion. The earthquake ground motion adjusted not only needs the requirement of spectrum formation, but also reflects the spectrum formation varying with time.
