Shear strength analysis of concrete beam-column joints reinforced with FRP

Based on the experiment research contrasted to the seismic capacity of four concrete beam-column joints reinforced with SGFRP and HFRP under cycle loads,the calculating formulas of shear strength of beam-column joints reinforced with FRP are presented,and the suggesting values of calculating parameters for engineering designing are introduced.This paper also makes the analysis of the influence mechanism of shear strength of beam-column joints with different reinforced methods,different fibers and different angles of sticking fibers.The results indicate that the shear strength of the core of joints and beam-column ends reinforced with fibers is efficiently improved,and the reinforcing methods directly influence the value of sheer strength.
