A Practical Fault Location Algorithm for Coupled Double Circuit Line

On the basis of distributed parameter model,a new practical fault location algorithm for coupled double circuit line using unsynchronized two terminal data is presented in consideration of the faulty characteris tics of double circuit line.Numerous fault location simulations using fault transient data show the high accuracy of the proposed fault location techniques in the paper
