Feedback-Linearization Based Control of Speed Tracking for AC Linear Permanent Magnet Synchronous Servo Motor

According to the nonlinear dynamic mathematical model of three-phase AC linear permanent magnet synchronous servo motor,the dynamic input-output mathematical model of the closed-loop system of this motor is established with the method of the state feedback linearization.Through this linearization model,the speed tracking control law is designed,and under the condition which guaranteed the stability of the whole closed loop system,it improves the celerity and accuracy of speed tracking.Finally,through the MATLAB 5 3 computer simulation research,the results show that the linearization model is simple and applicable,at the same time the celerity and accuracy of speed tracking are achieved.
