Power System Harmonic State Estimation Based on Phasor Measurements(I) ——Theory、Model and Solution Algorithm

By analyzing the limitation and difficulty in practice of existing network harmonic analysis theories, the paper presents a Phasor Measurements Based Power System Harmonic State Estimation (PSHSE) algorithm. Selecting node voltage phasors as state variables, node voltage pahsors、branch current phasors and injected current phasors as measurements variables, the paper establishes the measurement equations of different configuration and the mathematical model of PSHSE. By summarizing the characteristics of PSHSE and optimizing the number of measurement equations and buses, the paper proposes a hierarchical estimation approach and thus obviously decreases the dimension of measure matrix.
