Congestion Analysis and Control Based on Electrical Dissecting Method

A new electrical dissecting method for analyzing congestion reason of congested lines based on electrical dissected results is presented. This method can be used to answer such kind of questions that who(network sources and network flows)induce the congestion and by what kind of electrical paths the congestion comes into being. It also can be used to calculate the liability sharing proportions of related sources and flows for congestion. Based on the congestion analyzing method a new congestion controlling method is presented in this paper. With this congestion controlling method it can be found what kind of sources and flows should be adjusted in order to eliminate congestion effectively and the corresponding concrete adjusting values. The result of example shows the congestion analyzing and controlling method based on electrical dissected information can assess the congestion liabilities accurately and eliminate congestion rapidly.
