Research on Locating Partial Discharge Sources in Transformer with Electric supersonic Method and Supersonic-supersonic Method and Evaluation on Each

Sun Caixin Luo Bing Gu Leguan(Chongqing University) Zhao Wenqi Zhao Xianzheng Zou Jinghang(Chongqing Power United)  
The principle and algorithm of locating PD sources in transformer is discussed. Using the developed high sensitivity supersonic transducer and locating software, experiments have been made in simulative oil tank. Results show that the error of Supersonicsupersonic locating method is greater than that in Electricsupersonic method.
