Application of Immune Genetic Algorithm in Reactive Power Optimization

Jiang Huiying (Fujian Technical College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power)  
Immune genetic algorithm is applied for reactive power optimization in electric power system. It has the characters of combining locus information entropy and immune election to raise the diversity of population and increase the area of searching,and made the best in the bureau. Computations o f examples with IEEE33 nodes,it is verified that algorithm can effectively im prove convergent speed and optimistic.
