Research on TOU Pricing of Electric Power Demand Side Management

As a kind of valid DSM means at present,the peak- valley TOU tariff is an effect economy stimulate means that elec- tric power enterprise can use price signal leading consumer for reasonable utilization of electricity,which plays an active role in power resources allocation.Science and reasonable TOU tariff may give the flexibility of the electricity price and enlarge the distance between the peak and vaLley period tariff,which can reach the DSM target of load regulation in peak and valley period and network load rate improvement.Analysis the network load curve,based on the first step divide of an peak-valley time,a mathematical model of peak-valley TOU tariff is built by using price elasticity matrix of demand of consumer against electric power merchandise.By means of optimizing the objective func- tion of the built mathematical model,an peak-valley TOU tariff setting method is obtained.It is practicable and feasible by ap- plying this model to Xingtai electric power enterprise.
