Study on large-screen printed FED video display system of VGA level

The working principle of printed Field Emission Display(FED) driving system is presented.The printed FED video display system we developed is introduced,which can support VGA display resolution.DVI and VGA video interface technology,special image gray-level modulation and integration scanning circuit interface technology,and FPGA control technology are used in design of the system.The system can display various color video images,with performance parameters as: screen brightness about 400?cd/m2,contrast ratio of 1?000:1,circuit gray scale: 256 levels,effective display diagonal size: 635 mm(25 in).
