Evaluation on Personnel Reliability for Missile System Based on Bayesian Network

The importance of study on pilot reliability in man-in-the-loop TV guided missile system is analyzed.We carried out study on behavioristics in connection with the personnel reliability,and established a model for evaluating the pilot reliability based on Bayesian network.The basic procedures of evaluation by using the model was described,the evaluating index system was established,and the pilot reliability was studied and evaluated through actual examples.The result of simulation proved the correctness and validity of the presented model,which also supplies a theoretical reference for pilots to discover their own limitations.
