Interchange Technique of CRT Display Units in Helmet-Mounted Display

The difference between each unit may affect the helmet module compatibilityand the interchange technique of CRT display units in Helmet-Mounted Display(HMD)Taking the practicability and interchangeability of HMD as a standardthe influence degree of each display unit on the interchangeability was analyzed.The center position of picturedistortiongainbrightnesscontrastand focusing were measured and analysed by replacing each display unitto find out the main factor that have effect on the interchangeability.A method for CRT replacement was put forwardwhich is useful for evaluating the consistency index of the CRT.The experiment proved that the interchange of HMD unit is helpful for improving the practicability and maintainability of HMD.
