Determination of the Potassium and Sodium Content in foodstuff by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry

The method of selecting secondary sensitivity line of Potassium and Sodium, trying to find out the best operating condition of the instrument, and determining the content of Potassium and Sodium by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry, has an advantage of wide linear range and high recovery, so it is more suitable for determination of batch samples.
