Strategy of Recruiting Talented Person for Dongguan City in Economic and Social Transformation Context

In order to fit the context of Dongguan City which change gradually from "double-edge effect" to "double-marginalization dilemma",Dongguan government proposes dual transformation of economic and social aspects.Recruiting talented person is the key for Dongguan to make Successful transition,however,the key of talented issues is how to introduce all kinds of talented person from domestic and overseas in the phase of transition.This paper analyzes the situation and some existing problems of recruiting talented person in Dongguan City.Thus,the author proposes some strategies to recruit talented person for Dongguan city in the dual-transformation context.
