REGIONAL GOLD-FORMING CHARACTERISTICSAND GOLD-FORMING TECTONIC ZONINGIN YUNNAN PROVINCE

Regional gold-forming characteristics in Yunnan Province are mainly shown in:(1) the markedness of control by tectono-thermodynamic conditions;(2)the long term of gold-forming time and the hysteresis of gold-forming age;(3) the multiplicity of gold deposit types;and(4) the concentration of gold deposits in space.According to the above regional gold-forming characteristics,a preliminary division of gold-forming tectonic zones in Yunnan Province has been presented in this paper,which are composed of 2 gold-forming tectonic domains,5 gold-forming tectonic regions and 12 gold-forming tectonic zones.
