ZIRCON SHRIMP DATING OF DIOPSIDE GRANITE IN AILAOSHAN-JINSHAJIANG ROCK BELT AND ITS GEOLOGICAL IMPLICATIONS——EXAMPLE FOR YUZHAOKUAI, MATOUWAN AND SHILICUN DIOPSIDE GRANITES

XIA Bin, LIN Qingcha and ZHANG Yuquan(Laboratory of Marginal Sea Geology, Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese academy of Sciences, Guangzhou, GD 510640, China)  
Yushaokuai, Matouwan and Shilicun diopside granites lie in the south segment of the Ailaoshan-Jinshajiang Cenozoic alkaline magmatic rock belt. The SHRIMP technique was applied to determining U-Pb age of the Yuzhaokuai, Matouwan and Shilicun diopside granites. The results show that the Yuzhaokuai, Matouwan and Shilicun diopside granites were intruded at 38 Ma, 34 Ma and 37Ma, which should be Oligocene in time and belong to the Himalayan period. According to the pertrochemistry, trace element, lanthanon and Sr, Nd and Pb isotopic characteristics of the diopside granites and so on, the rock-controlled mechanism, petrological characteristics and origin as well as origin of zircon were discussed.
