Application of EH4 Electromagnetic Image System in Mineral Resource Exploration——An Example from the Huangjindong Gold Ore Deposit

The ever growing demand for mineral resources forces major exploration targets at depth with increased expenses and technical difficulties. To achieve a breakthrough in deep exploration,we have to strengthen basic geological researches,update the technology of prospecting. EH4 electromagnetic image system is an advanced electromagnetic prospecting system,especially in finding concealed ore body. EH4 electromagnetic image system was used in ore exploration in the Huangjindong area through exploring the depth and faulted zone. This study shows that EH4 system is quite capable for mineral exploration.
