AGES AND Sr,Nd ISOTOPIC EVIDENCES OF MANTLE SOURCE MAGMATITE IN THE BU′S GOLD DEPOSIT,JIMUNAI COUNTY,NORTHERN XINJIANG

HE Bochu;TAN Keren;WU Oianhong(Changsha institute of Geotectonics,Academia Sinica,Changsha,410013)  
u's gold deposit,found within the Seventh Five─Year Plan, is geographically situated in the northern side of Sawuer M t.,Zhaisang diwa region. By studying petro-geochemical characteristics and Sr,Nd isotopic conponents of typical volcanic rocks and intrusives in the deposit,some conclusions can be drawn as follows.Eruptive age of the volcanic rocks is 347 Ma and forming ages of the intrusives from 314 to 329 Ma.Their isotopic magmatites in this region have the similar source materials and were denved from mantle magmas or their derivatives.The continental crust of Zhaisang diwa region may be initially formed in the later Proterozoic or even more earlier and grew probably according to non-proportionated increasing model.
