Design of Intelligent Optimization System of Grinding Technological Parameters

In practical production,grinding parameters are chosen by experience or by reference manual so that the accuracy of grinding quality is hard to guarantee.In order to overcome that defect,the intelligent optimization system of grinding technological parameters is designed by using modular design method on the basis of analyzing the requirement of users.Moreover the function and design approach of every module is introduced.Besides,the intelligent optimization technology of this system is analyzed.Through the analysis and demonstration,BP neural network is chosen as the intelligent arithmetic.The establishment of BP neural network model and the determination of the network structure are also explained.By contrasting the optimized parameters with the experimental data,conclusion can be drawn that the correct rate was more than85%,which reflects the project application value.
