Study on Microcomputer Fuzzy Control of Welding Arc with SCP

(Huazhong Uhiversity of Sci. and Tech.) Wang Wei et al [  
In this paper the principle and procedure of microcomputer fuzzy control of welding arc are introduced. Thesystem hard and software are designed. The TIG welding experiment is performed. The tests show that the good control resultcan be obtained. The system is adapted especially to the varying of welding conditions and its dynamic characteristics aremarkedly improved. The combustion of welding are keeps steady.
