Confirm optimum annealing temperature of 5A06 aluminum alloy

The article introduces a way to confirm suitable annealing temperature of the aluminum alloy.By utilizing forcible deform to control the elastic stress of specimen,it studies the stress relief and component soften effect,and determ ines the suitable post weld annealing temperature to dispel the residual stress of welding of aluminum alloy 5A06.The result indicates by using the confirmed te mperature to proceed annealing treatment,it can not only release welding residua l stress,but also do not cause the structure to soften excessively,which guarant ee to obtain the mechanical property and accuracy of the structure effectively.
