Research on the Application Path of SPOC Flipped Classroom in Basic Education in Poor Areas

SPOC, a new darling of education after MOOC,is an integration of MOOC and traditional classroom. Owing to SPOC, the flipped classroom rises to a certain height, and the teaching value created by SPOC becomes many people's dream. So, teachers and students of remote and poor areas should also have the opportunity to experience that new teaching model. The paper first analyzes the reasons why in poor areas SPOC flipped classroom is carried out in basic education. And then based on the curriculum philosophy of advanced MOOCs and SPOC, process mode and instructional design theories,the paper attempts to build the application path of SPOC flipped classroom, covering platform design, training of teachers and students, teaching mode design and teaching practice. Pilot practices are also carried out in poor areas. The results indicate that teachers and students have high recognition of the application path,which results in good effects, and the comprehensive quality of students is improved.
