Research on Mechanism of Interactive Visual Analysis Based on Dynamic Generated Data in Smart Classroom

Learning analytics based on teaching data is one of the hot and difficult issues in smart education. Facing the heterogeneous, multi-source, incomplete and dynamic data collected in smart learning environment, the research on the mechanism of interactive visual analysis is helpful to build a cloud-based data analysis ecosystem. Based on the method of visual analysis and interactive presentation of teaching process data, this paper proposes a framework of hierarchical data analysis. In order to solve the problems of inadequate interaction and poor understanding of traditional analysis methods, this paper proposes a visual analysis method of human-computer interaction based on cognitive model. Taking 3,000 smart classrooms data recorded in practical application as an example, this paper builds a prototype system for dynamic generative data acquisition and analysis and carries out an empirical study to provide a new method for optimizing dynamic generative data collection and analysis.
