Combustion Optimization and Adjustment of the 2060t/h Boiler

Combustion is normal or not,relations to security and economization of the boiler.Some problems are exposed in the combustion of the 7# boiler of Datong Power Generation Co.Ltd,sush as higher combustion content in fly ash,higher temperature of the reheater,larger water reducing temperature of vopour,lower temperature the vopour and so on.Aimed at solving the problems,the article makes a thorough analysis to the possible causes,and then suggests effective measures for combustion optimization and adjustment.The measures are carried out for the purpose of advancing ignition position,Including adjustment to coal particle size,to primary air deviation,to rotation strength of secondary air,to the proportion of DC air and cyclone air in OFA and to the proportion of iner secondary air and external secondary air,having remarkable dffectiveness and providing reference to operation of boiler.
