The Improvement of Direct Torque Control Based on Space Vector Modulation

This paper introduces space vector pulse width modulation (SVM) technique to direct torque control (DTC), which can reduce the torque ripple of traditional DTC effectively. An improved stator flux linkage estimator based on voltage model is introduced in this paper. Simulation results indicate that this scheme has good dynamic performance.
