Research on Energy Saving Technology of Refrigerator Flip Beam

Through the analysis for condensation mechanism of flip beam, a new control method for anti-condensation heater is put forward for heater for layout optimization. Taking BCD-450* cross off the refrigerator as the research carrier, through comparison for surface temperature of flip beam, the optimization result is verified. The results show that through optimization, the temperature difference between the middle part and the bottom part of flip beam is reduced from the original 3.8 ℃ to 1 ℃, the temperature fluctuation decreases from 1.5 ℃ to 0.4 ℃. It makes the flip beam surface temperature distribution more reasonable. It not only effectively improves the condensation prevention reliability, but also reduces the power consumption of about 20 %, so as to reduce the energy consumption of the refrigerator.
