Application of CAE Technology in Studying the Cooling Process in the Forming Stage of CPT Bulk

Through the analysis of thermal transfer of the moulds and parts in the forming and cooling stage of CPT bulk, the mathematical model to describe the temperature distribution of the moulds and parts is given in this paper. The temperature fields of screen mould in different technologic condition are calculated using the software of FLUENT and the analysis and discussion of the results are given in this paper.
