Application of Dynamic Link Library for Intelligent Control in Ultrasonic Vibration Assisted Electro-discharge and Grinding Combined Machining

For the intelligent control of ultrasonic vibration assisted electro-discharge machining,it is very necessary to solve the communication problem between IPC and PMAC for the implement of open control system with the multi-CPU structure based on IPC and PMAC.In this paper,the dynamic link library was adopted to the intelligent control system in ultrasonic vibration assisted electro-discharge and grinding combined machining,the library function of dynamic link library in the application program communication driver Pcomm32 with the programming language at the Windows platform VC++6.0,to implement the communication function between IPC and PMAC.This method is easy and convenient to increase the efficiency of system development,saving system resource,having better openness and expansibility.Most of all,it can meet the development requirements.
