Study on anti-erosion performance of welding joints of1Cr18Ni9Ti or 1Cr18Ni9Ti with16MnDR

LUO Mei-qing(Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works, Zhuzhou 412001, China)  
Studied in this paper is the test of welded joints resistant to intercrystalline corrosion of identical type metal welding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and different type metal welding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti / 16MnDR. The thesis analyses the chemical composition and microstructure of welded joints,clarifies the effect of major alloy elements,such as C and Cr,in joints seam and its construction on the anti-erosion performance of welding joints,and verifies the appropriate welding material and welding procedure.
