Research on Employee Combination Incentive in Software Enterprises

LI Xiao-ming, WANG Ying-luo, SUN Lin-yan (School of Management, Xian Jiaotong University, Xian 710049, China)  
This paper focuses on a feasible way to solve incentive problem in software sector, in which serious brain drain and " invisible"problem exist. Non-material incentive is introduced and combination incentive is analyzed by a princi-pal-agent model. The result shows that the optimal incentive effect comes from combination of material incentive and non-material incentive. According to this result, combination incentive evolvement model is constructed with analysis of current situation in China. Finally, the development orientation of combination incentive in software enterprises is presented.
