Impact of Corporate Cultures on Knowledge-workers' Organization Commitment

IT industries are knowledge intensive and rely on human being's creativity. From the perspective product life cycle of software, the main IT product, the human resource allocation in different stages of life cycle shows a time-series distribution. RD staff allocation modeling in accordance with product life cycle can solve such problems as timing, dynamics and coordination of human resource input in product development.
