The Instrument Research of Dualization Rail Circuit Parameter Measuring in Electrical Railway

Rail circuit signal can ensure the safety of train-running. The electric parameters of rail circuit must be measured periodically to check if the signal system is in good condition and to avoid accident. The paper introduces the compositive principles,technical features and the application of the developed dualistic rail circuit to parameter testing equipment.
