Numerical Simulation of the Combustion-gas Temperature Field in Concentric Canister Launcher

A heat exchange model between the combustion-gas flow and the launching tube was constructed for shipborne missile concentric canister launcher(CCL).The structural complexity of the CCL,the high-temperature and high-velocity features of the combustion-gas,and the strong coupling of the combustion-gas flow and heat exchange have all been considered during modeling.With the unsteady numerical simulation of the integral combustion-gas flow being carried out,the temperature distribution patterns on the internal and external tube walls were obtained.
