Research and Analysis of GPS Height Fitting of Taizhou City

Mao Aiquan, Cheng Hongquan (Jiangsu Institute of Surveying and Mapping of Geology, Nanjing 210008,China)
This paper introduces one kind of model and the method of height fitting to solve the normal height of GPS points. Based on the example of Taizhou GPS network, authors analyse the fitting result of different number and different distribution of fixed points, and compare the result with 3rd class levelling achievements and discuss the origin of the error of height fitting and the measures to decrease the residual.
